How many haircuts I have per year?
You can come 4 times to cut your hair in one year.
Can I transfer unused haircuts to the next year?
No, unused haircuts are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are not-transferable and can only be used by the member.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
You pay the membership once a year. If you cancel the automatic renewal, you will still obtain the membership benefits meanwhile it is valid.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes, the membership fee is paid in full at the time of registration.
Can I add services to my membership?
Yes, you can add extra services at a 3% discount.
How do the product discounts work?
Your 10% discount on home care products applies at checkout for in-salon purchases only.
Is there a time limit to use the benefits?
Yes, the membership benefits must be used within one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Are there any blackout dates?
No, the membership benefits are available year-round, subject to stylist availability.
Can I purchase this membership as a gift?
Yes, it can be purchased as a gift. You need to notified the stylist another person paid the membership for you.
