$125 per month / SAVE $80 per month
Includes:
- 4 wash, blow-dry and deep hydration treatment per month.
- 3% discount on all other services and treatments.
- 10% on home care products.
- Unused appointments do not carry over to the following month.
How many appointments can I schedule per month?
You can schedule up to 4 wash and blow-dry appointments each month.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book my appointment each month?
Yes, you need to pay a $50 deposit to reserve each appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your $50 deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hour’s notice, the deposit will not be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
What happens if I don't use all 4 appointments in a month?
Unused appointments do not roll over to the following month. We recommend scheduling all 4 sessions within the same month.
Is the membership transferable?
No, this membership is non-transferable and can be only used by the member.
Do I have to pay the full month in advance?
Yes, the monthly membership fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Can I add services during my appointments?
Yes, you can add extra services or treatments during your appointments. Your 3% discount will apply to these additional services.
How does the product discount work?
Your 10% discount on home care products is applied at checkout for in-salon purchases.
Can I pause my membership if I'm unavailable for a month?
This membership cannot be paused, but you can cancel at any time and re-enroll when you are ready.
Is there a time limit to use the benefits?
Yes, all benefits must be used within the month of the billing cycle.
Are there any blackout dates for appointments?
No, the membership benefits are available year-round, subject to stylist availability.
