Depósitos
Para realizar una reserva es necesario realizar el siguiente depósito:
Cortes de cabello y estilo $50
Todos los demás servicios $100
Cancelaciones
Valoramos el tiempo y las necesidades de cada cliente. Para ayudarnos a brindar los mejores servicios a tantos clientes como sea posible, le pedimos que si debe cancelar su cita, lo haga al menos con 48 horas de antelación.
Las citas perdidas o canceladas con menos de 48 horas de anticipación perderán su depósito por los servicios reservados.

Llegada
Llegue al menos 5 minutos antes de su reserva programada. Esto le dará tiempo para relajarse, disfrutar de una bebida y obtener una vista previa de un posible nuevo aspecto en nuestras diversas revistas de moda.
Llegadas tardías
Para garantizar la puntualidad de todas las reservas, nos reservamos el derecho de reprogramar cualquier reserva que se retrase 15 minutos o más tarde a otro horario conveniente. Siempre haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para acomodar a nuestros invitados, sin embargo, solo podemos hacer lo que podamos con el tiempo disponible.
Pagos
Aceptamos Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Zelle, Bitcoin, Venmo y efectivo para el pago de servicios y productos.

Niños
European Style by Margarita Gallego da la bienvenida a todos los niños que se portan bien. Recuerde a sus hijos que eviten correr, dar vueltas o subirse a las sillas, o abrir cajones cerrados en el espacio. La mayoría de los cajones contienen objetos afilados y productos químicos que podrían ser potencialmente peligrosos para los niños desprevenidos.
Ajustes
Respaldamos firmemente todos sus servicios de salón. Si por alguna razón no está 100% satisfecho con su servicio, contáctenos de inmediato para que podamos remediar la situación. Los ajustes se respetarán durante una semana a partir de la fecha del servicio.
Devoluciones y reembolsos
Servicios: Debido a la naturaleza artística de lo que hacemos, no podemos ofrecer reembolsos por los servicios realizados. Sin embargo, trabajaremos incansablemente para asegurarnos de que esté satisfecho.
Productos: Estamos orgullosos de respaldar todos sus productos. Si no está satisfecho con alguno de estos productos comprados en European Style by Margarita Gallego, con gusto aplicaremos el valor total del producto devuelto a otro producto de su elección si lo devuelve dentro de los 7 días a partir de la fecha de compra.
Todas las ventas de cepillos para el cabello, peines, accesorios para el cabello (clips, bandas para el cabello, etc.) y extensiones/pelucas son finales. Sin devoluciones y sin cambios.
Las herramientas (secadores, planchas, etc.) pueden devolverse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra, siempre que estén en su embalaje original, solo para cambio.

Todas las fórmulas de color de cabello son propiedad intelectual de European Style by Margarita Gallego.

Terminación/restricción de acceso
“European Style by Margarita Gallego” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Our performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of “European Style by Margarita Gallego” right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
