Deposits
To make a reservation it is necessary to make the following deposit:
Haircuts & Style $50
All Other Services $100
Cancellations
We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice will forfeit your deposit for services booked.
Thank you for your understanding.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage and preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Zelle, Bitcoin, Venmo, and cash for payment of services and products.
We do not accept checks of any form for payment.
Gratuities
For your convenience we accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card for your technician.
Children
European Style by Margarita Gallego welcomes all well-behaved children. Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children.
Adjustments
We stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.
Returns/Refunds
Services: Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Products: We proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at European Style by Margarita Gallego, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.
Color Formulas
All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of European Style by Margarita Gallego.

Termination/access restriction
“European Style by Margarita Gallego” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Our performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of “European Style by Margarita Gallego” right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and “European Style by Margarita Gallego” with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

“European Style by Margarita Gallego” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.margaritagallego.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. “European Style by Margarita Gallego” encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
